Exchanges and Returns
Return
If you want to return an item purchased on Kulathreads.com, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order. We ask that the items are returned clean, unworn, and have all their original labels on. Custom-made items (ex. embroidered and/or pre-order items) and sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt for proof of purchase.
Refund
The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase.
You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect size. We cannot exchange for another color.
If you need to exchange an item, contact us at admin@nchawaii.com or please visit us at our physical location (2016 Colburn Street).
Regarding Neighboring Island Residents. Please contact us via email, admin@nchawaii.com. We will ship your new order to your school front office. The preferred method is for you to return your items in the mail along with your request (see above for address).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
